- How many people are there in your staff?

We have a large, friendly and professional staff of 17 people. Everyone is a professional in their field and always ready to help the client. - What challenges or difficulties do people face when buying or selling real estate?

What sets Thailand apart is the remarkably easy and fast process of acquiring real estate compared to other countries. You can do it without even coming here. We make a deal online, the client only needs a wish and a copy of the passport, and the rest is ours. You get documents for the apartment, being anywhere in the world (both when buying and when selling). Problems can arise only in the case of contacting an incompetent company or fraudsters, which, unfortunately, happens. Therefore, always check the company and its reputation before making a deal.

- How do you assess the current state of the real estate market in Thailand?

Nowadays, the real estate market in Thailand is only growing, many new projects are under construction while others have been already scheduled for the coming years. In this country, you can buy an apartment or house in interest-free installments for the entire period of construction, and the payments will be divided according to the calendar schedule. You won't overpay anything, no interest. You make only the first payment, which is from 20 to 30% of the cost, and the remaining amount is divided in equal parts. We help customers make payments from anywhere in the world and in any currency, in case there are any complications with this. Buying real estate in Thailand, you make a good investment, because the market trend is now such that real estate is only growing in price, and therefore buying it at the construction stage you not only get installments, but also earn a lot.
