- Anastasiia, how do you maintain your physical health?
It’s very important for me to take care of my physical health, so I combine various types of activities. Firstly, I regularly practice Pilates, which promotes conscious body alignment, improving my physical well-being. Additionally, I pay attention to balanced and healthy nutrition, including a variety of nutritious foods. I particularly focus on consuming fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats. I also try to drink an adequate amount of water every day. To support my physical health, I take vitamins, which help prevent potential nutrient deficiencies and maintain overall vitality. It is worth noting that I don’t abuse alcohol. Moderation and responsible alcohol consumption are key to maintaining my physical health.
- What spiritual development practices do you apply?
I utilize several practices for spiritual growth. Meditation plays a central role, allowing me to achieve awareness and unite with my inner being. Regular meditation practice helps me to enhance self-awareness, reduce stress, and attain a sense of clarity and calmness. I also explore a form of self-analysis known as the practice of gratitude. It helps me process my thoughts and emotions, fostering a sense of gratitude and self-discovery. Moreover, I find joy in being in harmony with nature, whether it's through walks, spending time in peacefulenvironment, or simply observing the beauty of nature. Connecting with nature gives me a sense of harmony.
- How are physical and spiritual development interconnected and impacting your life?
Physical and spiritual development are closely intertwined and play complementary roles in my life. When I prioritize my physical health by practicing Pilates and maintaining a healthy diet, it positively affects my overall well-being. Physical strength and energy create a solid foundation for me to be engaged in other aspects of life with energy and enthusiasm. At the same time, spiritual development enhances my perspective on physical health. Meditation fosters a deeper understanding of myself, allowing me to consciously choose what contributes to my physical well-being. When physical and spiritual well-being are concurrently supported, they contribute to a holistic sense of balance and fulfillment in life. Overall, the combination of physical and spiritual development enables me to live a healthier and more meaningful life, supporting my journey towards personal growth and self-discovery.
